Positive: I liked the room and everything in there. Negative: I didn’t like having to lug all my luggage up and down the steep stairs.

Positive: Nothing Negative: Room smelled like cat pee and the hallway. The door to the building slammed and shook the room every single time someone walked in and out. There is no front office. Beds are very uncomfortable. Oh and they will try and charge you over 500 and say its because you ruined something like the bathtub coating stripping off...... even though it was chipping when we got there already.

We had a nice stay, with plenty of room! Positive: The owners communication was great. The apartment was nice, we loved having the adjoining rooms. We had plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers, way more than a normal hotel room. Having 2 bathrooms was a lifesaver! The kitchenette was nice with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, toaster, blender and others. We were able to make breakfast each morning. Everything was very clean and beds were decent. We would stay here again! Negative: Not sure if was neighbors or staff, but people were loud and slamming doors late into the night and early in the morning. Owners said they would contact someone regarding the outside door that tended to slam. The outside could use some TLC (and this is at no fault of the owners). My husband made a comment that this area looked abandoned compared to the condos around the corner. The large fountain was dry, lots of weeds and overgrown plants. Hopefully this was a fluke, because the place has great potential.

Everything was great! The hosts were very responsive, always available, and quick to help with any questions or issues. Positive: We had a great stay! The location is excellent, with beautiful scenery all around. It’s just a short drive to the lakes, and the area is absolutely stunning. We would definitely recommend this place!

It was perfect for my needs and will choose this place again. Positive: Location was perfect for me. Very comfortable, well-maintained unit, plenty of space for my needs. Would definitely stay again. Negative: Michigan roads.
